At Beach Towel World we put a lot of attention and effort into getting your order to you FAST! We have a dedicated shipping team handling all domestic and international orders in partnership with our expert shipping partners, Australia Post and FedEx International Couriers.

1. $6.50 Flat Rate Australian Delivery
The great news for deliveries within Australia is that they are all charged at one low flat rate. There are no minimum spends, no weight restrictions and no remote area surcharges. Depending on where in Australia you are, your order may take up to 5 working days to arrive but in our experience most orders arrive within 3 days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email us and we'll find out the reason for the delay.

We ask that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to sign for your order as this may be required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, don't worry, a note will be left at the delivery point with local collection instructions for your order.

We use Australia Post, Australian Air Express and a select group of quality domestic courier services for Australian deliveries, and YES we do deliver to PO boxes if required.

2. FANTASTC FedEx International
We are excited to offer our International Customers the following amazing FedEx rates for delivery.

International orders less than A$300 can now select Fantastic FedEx International for the new discounted rate of only A$29 per destination! This super price is only $5 more than our already cheap Economy Post price and offers amazing value for this world class international courier service.

FedEx International is a fully trackable, express courier service with typical international transit times of between 3 to 5 days from dispatch in Australia to most parts of the world.(please click here to see our list of eligible countries). FedEx is our preferred and recommended international delivery service and at only A$29 per destination for orders under A$300 offers amazing value. For orders over A$300 the FedEx flat rate rises to A$69 per destination.

When selecting FedEx International we ask that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to sign for your order as this may be required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, don?t worry, a note will be left at the delivery point with local collection instructions for your order.

Unfortunately we are not able to delivery to international PO Boxes with FedEx at this time. Please select International Post if a PO destination is required.

3. Economy Post International
By selecting Economy International Post, a flat rate of A$25 per delivery destination will be charged to your order For Economy International Post orders over A$300 are charged a flat rate of $A79 per destination.

Economy International Post has typical transit times of between 15 and 20 working days from dispatch and does not offer in-transit tracking. Delivery can be longer for some destinations. The speed and reliability of our International Post service depends a great deal on the quality of the postal service in the destination country, something we cannot control unfortunately. If you are confident in your local postal service and happy to wait a little while for delivery then Economy International Post may be a good option for you. This service can deliver to PO boxes if this is required.

Important information regarding Customs, Taxes and Duties for international orders.

Some international orders can incur taxes and duties payable on delivery, as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. If charges are deemed payable by Customs, they must be paid by the receiver of the goods before they are released for local delivery. Often, Customs taxes and duties are based on the value of the goods being imported.

At Terry Rich we have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot even estimate if any charges will be payable to Customs when the goods arrive. Customs rules and regulations vary greatly from country to country as does the degree to which they are enforced.

Why our international shipping rates are best for orders of $A300 and less.
Although it does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes are often based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. A$300 is a common tax free threshold for many countries, meaning in those countries orders under $300 are less likely to attract extra charges at delivery.

Many of our international customers choose to keep the value of their orders under A$300 to reduce the chance of their order attracting extra Customs charges. Some customer wishing to purchase more than A$300 worth of goods also spread their purchases over two or three separate orders for the same reason.

Given the huge differences between customs agencies around the world it is impossible for us to give specific information regarding this however keeping individual orders under A$300 seems a sensible approach to reduce the likelihood of attracting extra charges when your order is delivered.

You will find that our shipping rates are also best for orders under A$300.

Local product laws and regulations
We like to remind our international customers that they are responsible for assuring that the product(s) ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country for delivery. When ordering from Terryrich.com.au, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

As Customs policies vary widely from country to country you should contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure.
