Returns and Exchanges

From time to time you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit.

You can easily return or exchange anything you purchase from Beach Towel World online, for any reason, within 30 days from purchase. Please email us with your return request. Once the goods are returned to us, we can arrange to have your original payment method credited.

For International customers we will provide a return authorization number and address details for you to post your returns to us. On receipt of your return we will credit your original payment.

All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition, with swing tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. We recommend that you take care to pack up your returns carefully and securely as we can't be responsible if returned items are damaged in transit. In most cases, you should be able to re-use the original shipping box your item was delivered in.
